Men Are Just as Emotional as Women, If Not More.
For the longest time, we’ve been sold the idea that men are rational, logical, emotionally mature and in control, unlike women who are supposedly “too emotional”. But in reality, Men are the emotional beings, and not just emotional, they lack rationale and they’re terrible at handling their emotions.
We’ve all seen it. Kenyan men and men across the world acting on impulse, throwing tantrums at parties, and making reckless decisions because they can’t regulate their feelings when slightly hurt.

- It’s a man who will raise a voice to fight a conductor in a matatu over 30 bob.
- it’s a man that will be abusive in relationships, it’s not strong men that are violent, it’s the weak one.
- It’s a man who will stab another because his girlfriend cheated.
- It’s a man making news for beating a 3-year-old over Ugali.
- It’s a man attacking another man just because of a politician.
- It’s a man who will slap his spouse before hearing the full story.
- It’s a man throwing a tantrum because you didn’t pick up his call.
- It’s men who invaded countries, wiped out indigenous people, and started wars over greed, ego, and power.
- It’s men who are STILL invading countries, still killing, still destroying.
- It’s men who fill up prisons all over the world, not because they’re logical, but because they act on emotional knee-jerk reactions – that end up killing another human being unnecessarily.
- Men have stabbed each other in Kenya just because “Arsenal lost a game”
- It’s a man giving his woman silent treatment after cheating on her.
- It is a man who will troll, and send you threats if you bruise their egos and you’ll witness full rage
- It is a man who will take his own life over 20k loss instead of seeking help
- It’s a man that will kick the Tv set because Man united lost
- A man will stalk a woman, harass or even kill a woman for saying “No” to his advances. or merely ignoring them. They just can’t handle rejection.
- Men have killed and continued to kill just because of road rage and drunk rage.
- Dudes online get mad when you don’t like their selfie picture.
- Dudes are getting mad when you a woman doesn’t respond to the 10th “hey” in the DM
- Dudes online are making long posts about a woman not equally sharing their posts.
- Dudes are double texting women who are clearly uninterested
Errrm… Emotional intelligence not found.
When women are betrayed, women will cry, they will vent, and probably never forget, But men? They plot and They destroy because they don’t know how to process pain without lashing out which makes them WEAK.
Let’s Be Real
Most Men are not just emotional. They are destructive with their emotions; they crack over small issues and our society generally refuses to acknowledge this.
Instead of owning up to their feelings and learning how to manage them, men bury them until they explode
Men, the more you suppress your emotions, the more these emotions control you.
Women, emotional men will destroy you, one piece of your heart at a time.
So… are men really the logical ones?
